CEO cares nothing about his employees. All corporate cares about is meeting production goals so they can get their hefty bonus check even though the associate doctors, hygienists & assistants are the one doing the hard work. (We dont get bonuses) Newsletters get blasted out monthly to the entire company that basically says 'be faster, meet production or you will get replaced' They keep opening up more offices but cant even get the offices they already have staffed. Quality people are continuing to quit because they see through all the false promises and bells and whistles Dr. Harrison and staff fed to them during the interviewing process. Save yourself the trouble and look somewhere else for a job. A job that is quality over quantity not vice versa.

Unrealistic goals for brand new offices. Low pay for managers. Reporting your every move. Unnecessary meetings every Monday. Every employee cant afford to waste gas to drive 2 hours in traffic to hear the same things they just read in an email. Hiring people with no experience to avoid paying people what they deserve. Too many kinks in offices that aren't dealt with bc more are opening every week. Training pay! No one should be making $9-$10 an hour, period. A fry cook at McDonalds makes more and that's a slap in the face. Your employees work hard. Some don't get to take a lunch, get to work at 7:30 and leave after 6, no OT. It's all about the beautiful office, radio and social media..
