- Currently being reamed from behind by DOGE (10% of company is being laid off) - Enforces a very strange in-person policy where you have to come to the office 5 times every two weeks even if none of your coworkers are in the same office as you (ex: I was at the San Diego site and all of my co workers were east coast).

There is mandatory work in office now, 5 times every 10 days. This applies even to me, who doesn't have a single coworker in my office; all of them are at other sites. The pay is also a bit slow for the industry.
