      Pros

      Laid-back environment with the ability to choose your projects.

      Cons

      Unless you have connections throughout the company it is hard to find projects to work on. Their PTO is accrual based on the hours you work and it is a very low rate (40 hours of work can get you maybe 2 hour of PTO)
