Supportive management and helpful team leads. Good exposure to both IT and Non-IT recruitment. Clear daily targets and structured workflow. Opportunity to work with big clients like Merck and Dupont. Great place to build communication and sourcing skills.

Cons

Long working hours, especially during night shifts. High-pressure environment with constant targets. Limited growth beyond recruiter roles without relocation. Break timings could be more flexible. Some ATS tools can lag or be outdated.
