Pros

I truly love my job here at Madwire. The culture at Madwire is excellent, and they really do prioritize ensuring you feel cared for and supported, not just professionally but also relationally. The leadership in the Marketing Success Manager department is filled with highly experienced marketing professionals who provide a wealth of wisdom and knowledge from business leadership, development, psychology, and marketing. Madwire truly is at the cutting edge of marketing, continually striving to bring new product offerings to clients while staying competitive in the industry. In this job, I have been continuously pushed to grow and improve myself in many ways, and am better because of it. I'm extremely thankful for this job and can see myself staying here for the foreseeable future.

Cons

This job is hard. It's extremely fast-paced and requires a high degree of organization, grit, and dedication to find success. For me, I thrive being pushed and spurred on to be the best version of myself, but the taxing nature of this job is not for everyone. You will learn so much about marketing, business, psychology, etc. but you will feel overwhelmed at times.

The Turnover is Even Worse than you Think

Pros

weekly donuts, and some good people

Cons

Lots of these reviews have mentioned the turnover rate, and most of those people are only aware of the layoffs in their own departments. It's worse than they realize. When people would get laid off or quit (the company called them 'exits' to make it sound nicer), I would get a notification about it. Y'all it was daily. Often multiple times daily. By the end of my time there a large portion of my job was processing these 'Exits' and then getting their replacements set up. I didn't even realize how bad it was until I got a new job which, despite having more employees, doesn't lose nearly as many people. Also a warning about the 5 star reviews. When I worked there we were regularly asked to leave positive reviews on glassdoor. this means many of the good ones are likely from new (at the time) employees who are caught up in the atmosphere and don't know about the flaws yet.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. We’re glad you built relationships with good people during your time here — that’s something we value deeply at Madwire. It’s important to recognize that Glassdoor publicly shows employee tenure alongside reviews, and the majority of reviews on our profile come from team members who have been with the company for one year or longer. We also want to clarify that while we periodically encourage employees to share honest feedback about their experience, we do not ask for only positive reviews. We welcome authentic perspectives, whether positive, critical, or somewhere in between. Feedback helps us continue improving as a company. Madwire is a high-expectation, growth-oriented environment, and we understand it is not the right fit for everyone. At the same time, many team members thrive here, build lasting careers, and make a meaningful impact helping small businesses grow. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and wish you the best moving forward.

Pros

The Mentorship: From day one, I’ve felt supported. The leadership team at Madwire doesn’t just manage; they mentor. The Tools: Working with the Marketing 360 platform makes the MSM role so much more impactful. You have everything you need to actually move the needle for your clients. The Energy: It’s a high-energy environment where big wins are celebrated. If you’re a "go-getter," you’ll feel right at home.

Cons

Fast-Paced: The learning curve is steep, and the pace is fast. You have to be organized to stay on top of things, but it’s worth the effort.
