      Pros

      Tremendous efforts put forth to make sure the production personnel are comfortable and happy with the work environment. Corporate and Division level engineer groups focus heavily on R&D to bring innovation into the production facilities

      Cons

      Potentially long work hours. Technical groups have in the past been overlooked on QOL issues.

      As long as you love your work and not your wrist watch so much... you will love this company. Holidays, benefit top notch.

      Cons

      None so far. Enjoying my everyday work. High quality/organic food at the cafeteria, bit pricey though!

      Best things about Magna include a company that works hard to make sure their employees have fun. Golf outings, dunk tanks, sporting events. Working on cutting edge technology that will help improve life for everyone in the future.

      Cons

      I did not get here sooner. Enjoying work and social aspects of Magna.
