      Good pay the tips where great always in diffrent cities and meeting diffrent people.

      Cons

      Company went down and we had to find a job out of no where management worried about there self rather then employees.

      Hours were nice and flexible.

      Cons

      The culture was awful. They would focus on diversity but really still be discriminatory. The pay was terrible for the amount of heat you were enduring. There was a lot of gray area where we would be essentially just clocking in to be yelled at 8hrs a day without being able to actually resolve the issue.
