      Pros

      WAS employee owned which made for an interesting culture. Recently sold to investing firm.

      Cons

      HORRIBLE benefits - health insurance is expensive and covers little, zero 401K contribution for first 2 years etc.. If your last name isn't "Gau" or you aren't a part of the Company's history, you're not part of club. Left on an island - no support, destined for failure. If you are in sales, take note: this company doesn't use a CRM!!

      We appreciate the feedback! Effective January 1, 2016, Marco now contributes $1 for $1 match up to 5% on the 401(k).

      Pros

      Good for entry level job

      Cons

      2020 brought a new fear culture, directors quietly laid odd 1/5th of long time IT staff to bring in new hires for half the pay, never clear goals or agreements with customers. They care so little about IT Staff, a long time team member passed away, and Jeff Gau botched his 30 second emotionless voicemail. Absolutely detached from any kind of humanity.

      Pros

      As a collective, the culture is unique and inclusive. Decent pay. Some great people.

      Cons

      The company is consistently not making its quota every month and is not growing. The culture has degraded quickly after being bought by NEP. The administration team is an absolute train wreck. They have managers in place that are not good at managing people. Those managers are pushing out people who have the ability to help the company grow in the right direction. If you come to the managers with ideas or questions about where the company is directed, you will not have your job long. They will push you out of the company.
