      None, the CEO/owner of the company is a rich woman who is out of touch with reality

      Cons

      So many. The culture is toxically positive. The salaries were terrible. The management listens to gossip and inappropriate talk about others and makes decisions that way

      Amazing place to work!! Woman-founded, women-led ESOP. Great teamwork and collaboration. Mostly remote allows for easier work/life balance. Proud to be a part of this organization!
