      Pros

      Our 5 Principles are the best in the world and can applied to our family/daily lives. The flexibility of working remotely and the fact that Mars is a family-owned business. We have best associates in the world and it's a great place to build your career and raise a family, our culture and diversity is best in class.

      Cons

      The retention of associates we've lost a few great associates over the years.
