      Pros

      Supportive team culture, clear goals, and the opportunity to travel and directly impact clinic success. I enjoyed collaborating cross-functionally during EHR rollouts and appreciated the level of trust given to lead training across 150+ locations. It was fulfilling to empower veterinary professionals with tools to improve care.

      Cons

      Frequent travel can be exhausting, and some onboarding processes for contractors could be more streamlined. Communication gaps occasionally happened between central teams and field trainers.
