They care about employee well-being and safety, with a huge focus on safety within the plants. A lot of emphasis on career growth for employees as well. Great benefits overall.

-growth opportunities -pay is good -Marvins are great -leadership is top notch and are open to feedback. -I love my job and Marvin. The core values are very important to me and align with what I believe in. Benefits are very good also! Oh and you get profit sharing…very generous profit sharing.

Cons

Only con is we are growing fast and some operational issues are present. They are actively working on improving this. No other cons at all.
