      Focus on all-round development of staff Encourages high degree of ownership by engineers of end-to-end feature design Strong focus on collaboration and review Stable company - senior management does not make knee-jerk changes

      Cons

      - Conservative - takes a lot of review and data-collection to make any changes - Majority of product decisions still driven from Boston - relatively more effort needed by engineers in India to influence senior managers in Boston due to limited interaction opportunities.

      Few facilities in new Bangalore office can improve. It's bare minimum at the moment. Facilities leadership should rethink their decisions in Bangalore office.
