I'm not sure what the standards are for employment with this company but they hire less than desirable candidates and put them in leadership roles. A Sr. Manager who was found guilty of embezzlement another Sr manager who has been accused time and time again of sleeping with agents and then getting them fired when they choose to end the relationships. One of the managers called me drunk one night to hit on me and when he was turned down he made it difficult for me to advance in the company and then immediately started dating one of his subordinates . The supervisors well they hired a former stripper who comes to work high and spreads nasty rumors about people. Many people have complained about her yet the continue to keep her employed. Another supervisor spreads his personal business around and comes to work beat up because he has marital problems that stem from him hitting on the women that work there. Supervisors come into work drunk and high (on cocaine) and have been reported to HC but still have a job. Supervisors do absolutely NOTHING! Half the time they are wandering around the building hanging out with other suoervisors. HC here is a joke. If you go to them with any kind of problems they immediately tell others what is going on therefore there is no confidentiality. Promotions are based on favoritism,who you know or who you are sleeping with. The health insurance they offer is awful. The pto is worse. The attendance policy is nearly impossible to adhere to if "life happens" your screwed. If I could give this company 5 thumbs down I would

You will face this if you work here: Discrimination, Glass Ceiling, Bias, no promotion, Micro-Management, stereotyping, bad managers and supervisors, management team will not care about you, will fire you quick, will make up lies about you, will sexual harass you, will cover up wrong doings by management, and much more................................................................. .......... This is a JAIL with a paycheck
