      Pros

I have always felt empowered to complete my work accurately and on time, without the burden of unnecessary micromanagement. What stands out most is the confidence leadership places in their team. Supervisors provide guidance and support when needed, while also respecting employees’ expertise and autonomy. This balance creates an environment where people can thrive, grow professionally, and take pride in the quality of their work. I am grateful to be part of an organization that values both its mission and its people. Mayvin’s commitment to integrity and respect makes it not just a great place to work, but also a place where employees are trusted to succeed.

      While my experience at Mayvin has been overwhelmingly positive, one area for potential improvement is the consideration of prior professional experience when determining PTO allotments. With over 22 years of industry experience, I would greatly value the opportunity for my background to be reflected in the amount of leave time provided.
