Pros

The pros here are they hire genuine people

Cons

The cons are that they welcome no outside perspective and have a very unprofessional working environment surrounded by alcohol and inappropriate behavior from leadership. Absolutely inexcusable the things that go on in this organization and if they sense you have a problem with their inappropriate workplace culture, you will be out the door. They prey on college kids to come work for them and then pay them a starting salary of 45k - which in today's world.... are you joking? GO FIND A BETTER COMPANY TO WORK FOR.

Don’t waste your time applying and interviewing for any sales role here. Working for this company means throwing yourself into one the most unprofessional environments you’ll have the displeasure of experiencing. From day one of the interview process so many red flags I wish I would’ve listened to. The training is fine and it seems like it should be a good opportunity, but as soon as you graduate good luck making money. They try to make you feel trapped into the position while you slave away for almost no extra commission income. Save yourself the time and energy of having to reapply and interview for new roles 1-2 years later.
