      Could be game changing but leadership and lack of strategy creates a toxic environment

      Pros

      Lots of products end-to-end. The people are great but let down by leadership.

      Cons

      Toxic work culture. Expected to work all hours. No work life balance. Lots of internal calls and no transparency on company direction when layoffs are glaringly obvious. Company is not well connected with the parent company. Parent company do not really understand the full end-to-end vision.

      Pros

      great people, flexible pto (at least while i was there)

      Cons

      enforced RTO 3x a week for those outside the 25mile radius, without considering commute time (commute can take more than an hour even if it's under 25 miles). most of my team was remote so I was going into the office to take zoom calls which I thought was counterproductive. not much room for growth. too many products that are not scalable. sales gets too many contracts signed without fully understanding what should be considered in and out of scope.
