Hourly pay wasn't bad at the time.
Cons
Very high control, zero room for constructive criticism truly aimed at improving the company. Weirdly fawning of the founder and major donors. If you have any moral compass, you are going to run into problems working here eventually, so... best to go elsewhere. Just not a healthy environment.
