Uses MedHost and omnicell and no locking individual med carts

Staffing is a nightmare. You never know what floor you will be working on from one day to the next, but they have such limited staff, especially nurses, that it’s the only way they can operate, just plugging holes from one shift to the next. Very sad, and stressful to be pulled all over the hospital, especially to ED and ICU where you don’t feel qualified to work.
