      Recognition but underpaid

      Pros

      Nice colleagues and working environment. I received a lot of recognition from many ways, e.g. bi-weekly MVP nomination, seasonal dev star, and the YouEarnIt system that colleagues can five points to each other to express thankful.

      Cons

      I was working in China, where lack of domestic projects. Mostly, we worked in maintenance job instead of which lack of more challenges. Turnover rate is high here, seems a lof of dev and analyst were underpaid in the market.

      Flexibility good people to work with . Work life balance is good. Great place to learn and enjoy work

      Cons

      Merkle is growing fast with it comes the pain of scaling . But all these are good changes and will pay off in long run
