Pros

NON!!! I don't see any I can write positive about this company. Maybe the nice and cute driver from the motel who drove us back and for?! She gets the 5* from me...

Cons

EVERYTHING!!! This is by far the worst company I've ever worked for!!! My buddy got me into the team driving and ask me to try this company. Since I moved to San Antonio, I needed a job to start with. According to the recruiter, we should be able to make between $ 1250.- and 1350.- a week each one of us.... Guess what, so far our pay checks were not more than 800.- each!!!! For all the stuff you have to put up with in driving team.... no way!!!! However, there is so much more witch is wrong in this company, I don't even know we're to start?!? How about this: • Recruiting promise you all kind of stuff to get you in • Orientation is a joke. The time could be cut half spending in that cold, cold theory room (for example get rid of that useless and boring power point presentation witch by the way is made in the worst design I've ever seen). • Fuel economy and its MPG Bonus is just another way to not pay the driver a solid and manageable safety bonus, and they tell you exactly were and how much fuel you can get (by by choosing were you want to get your free shower). • The maintenance line, the company is so proud of, is made out of two groups; the real mechanics who know what they do, and the others who just about know how to check air or changing a wiper. Half of the time you see them walking or sitting around talking on their cellphones. • The trucks are not in best condition. The first one we got had no working APU, no curtain between sleeper and cockpit, and some other issues including 450'000 miles on its back already. The second truck was in much better shape but... we were promised that the APU is working and it was tested for at least 4 hr. Sure...... the APU never worked in the first place, because we figured later down the road that there was a cable cut in the outside box of the APU. • And that brings us to the next problem.... with no APU and 95 degrees there was no way we would be able to get some sleep between two loads, but they did not want to give us a hotel room in the first place!! We had to fight for it. Now, at orientation nobody mention to us that we only get paid $ 75.- max for a room. I had to fight to get the rest of the money (25.- plus 12.- for Uber) reimbursed. • The 24/7 phone line with fleet manager and other departments is an embarrassment!!! Most of the time you end up with a answer machine or a notice that the answer machine is fool and can't take anymore calls. • The Peoplenet on board is the worst piece of equipment I have ever worked with!!!! You spend so much time with finding the right message or trying to type a message in the first place, it is very frustrating and brings you to the point were you would like to rip that piece out of its installation and throw it out of the window!!! I'm used to Qualcomm (newer generation), and it is sooooo much more efficient and easier. • Some final facts: Orientation is only paid $ 50.- a day (not 150.-) / you want to have a motel room by your self during orientation... you have to pay half of it out of your pocket (25.-) / Health insurance kicks in after 3 month, not two (some papers during orientation tells you falls info), and now I have seen a job add witch says even after 1 year?!? Be careful what you sign for, and there is a lot you have to sign for!!

Pros

The trucks are nice and service department is awesome. If you know Spanish they treat you really well.

Cons

They do t run you. They sure as hell don't pay well. You don't travel the country. You are stuck running they same states. They lie to get you off of the phone and charge you money for every little thing. Don't work for this bogus company

Pros

This place is very impersonal. You're a number, not a name. My daughter was on life support and I needed to get home so they would tell me "take this load to here and since your that close take this one that way." After begging for 10 days I finally dropped my trailer in Wyoming and bobtailed to my family 19 hours away. Since I didn't pick up another load and drop in in Denver for them they made me pay for the fuel home. I decided it would be best to drop my tractor at their yard in Albuquerque which was where I had been trying to get to, and cleaned it out! They then called me a week later asking where I was at and if my daughters leg was better! She was in a coma, nothing to do with her leg! They don't pay what they say either. It's an all around shady place to work!!! If dispatch and payroll were better then maybe it could be tolerable. But when everyone wants to be chief and there aren't any Indians, that's an appetite for destruction!!!

Cons

Everything about this place is a downside! The ONLY positive I can say is I got a new mattress for my tractor.
