Pros

Pay is fairly good for what it is. Staff is generally knowledgeable although at different experience levels. Never a shortage of work.

Cons

Clique based promotional opportunities. Not a good place for long term career growth unless you have friends in high places. Unkept promises regarding annual bonus.

Causal work environment. Nice offices. Decent competitive pay.

Cons

Poor management. No opportunity for mobility if you don’t have business. 0 bonus structure and high billables. Mentoring is limited.
