      Vast organization Really moving to innovate

      Cons

      Difficult to find avenues for promotion Very political landscape AVPs, VPs spend a lot of time - in my opinion - in their glass offices. Didn't see much casual engagement with directs on the open floor work area. (you know, being approachable) Work can get mundane sometimes (transactional)
