Pros

I have really enjoyed working here. The company genuinely cares about people and their progression, and it shows in day to day decisions. There are clear opportunities to grow, and you are encouraged to speak up and share ideas. Employee voice is taken seriously, which makes a big difference to engagement and morale. The culture is friendly and supportive, with regular social events that people actually want to attend. Bonuses are great and annual salary increases are generous. Overall, it feels like a place where employees are respected, looked after, and motivated to stay.

Cons

Salaries upon joining could be higher, but i appreciate that they do increase each year.
