I have no complaints with Method. You get to work with amazing, talented people and different industries. There will be times that you're the only one in the project, but you can always lean on your team for help and advice. You get to learn so much. Great benefits - Health, dental, vision benefits; "unsick", birthday and anniversary days off on top of PTO and sick days; learning budget, 401K and more. Salary is so-so tho. also, despite huge layoffs in US, Method has managed to foresee and prevented that.
Cons
From my personal experience, it's not all the time tho, the only downside is that when you get to work with GlobalLogic people(the parent company), there'll be a lot of politics. Most of the time we as Method get to join in an engagement to fix GL's mistakes OR GL will find ways to blame the mistakes on us.
Some of the most kind, talented, interesting, enjoyable people I've ever worked with, work at Method. The work is interesting. We have lots of autonomy for our work and flexibility for our life. No in-office mandate. "Unsick" days, in addition to regular PTO & sick leave. Healthy, flexible learning budgets each year.
Cons
Pay isn't equitable nor transparent, and there's a pattern of pay being frozen- sometimes raises, sometimes bonuses. There are also some lingering post-merger politics.
