The leadership team is terrible. The worst people managers I have ever experienced. They often contradict one another and frequently caught lying to staff. They don't care about people at all and have absolutely no idea how to relate to people. People are commodities. The products and technology is average and can't stick to a schedule to save their lives. Complete dumpster fire. You will be better anywhere else.

Leaders don’t set expectations and set you up to fail from the beginning. Metrasens is an all boys club.
