Pros

My co-workers were some of the best people in the world. Truly. We did our best to cope. The employee lounge perks help.

Cons

Tech Support is chronically understaffed. The management hierarchy gets pretty toxic towards the executive floor. Escalating bugs to the Technology Team often feels like sending things into a black hole. You can show up with a ton of enthusiasm and it's a 1.5 year countdown to burnout. The pay scale does not keep up with the industry standard.
