      Pros

      Overall you have good growth opportunity but as long as you are in managements good books. Get to work with state of the art technology

      Cons

      No work from home option so for family with kids it's might be a problem. Some restriction on implementing your ideas.

      It is a great opportunity to be working at the 300 mm wafer fab that is fully automated.

      Pros

      Good work etchics and opportunity for growth. Ability to work shift and accrue a lot of TOP(Paid time off), that can allow you to vacation 3-4 times a year. They have a great profit sharing program. The Boise, Idaho location has some excellent recreation and GYM facilities free for all employees.

      Cons

      Excessive micro-management, which eventually affects employee morale.
