Pros

Lentigen is a growing company so there are lots of opportunities to grow with the company. Good salary and benefits, plus they offer overtime to certain employees.

Cons

There are some growing pains as the company gets new employees up to speed and transitioning to new and improved systems. The company has a lot of business coming in so sometimes the workload is a little heavier than usual.

Most of the people are great, and the company has great products.

Cons

Micromanagement, office politics, games & gossiping, favoritism, chauvinistic, and only value you if you have a degree. Low pay unless you are a favorite. Poor management that is really affecting the growth possibilities for this company.

Weekly catering so there's always free food.

Cons

Salary below market for almost all positions at company. The company is really managed from Germany & Auburn, CA (U.S. headquarters), and the San Diego office is usually an afterthought even though that is where sales and marketing are. It's a global company that is ran like a small business.
