      Pros

      Many people are very kind, and you can work remotely.

      Cons

      This company is obsessed with leads to an unhealthy degree. Everything is about leads, no matter what. If leads are down, it's a terrible environment. If leads are up, it still stinks. They encourage harassment, lying, and more to gain a lead or a new customer, instead of actually trying to do good or be good. It's only gotten worse over the years.

      Pros

      marketing-led growth means marketing has a lot of power in the organization. There are some really smart hardworking people in the rank-and-file and a few talented and charismatic leaders. People with great leaders can flourish. Others will just leave or get fired eventually because of personality conflicts.

      Cons

      Unrealistic growth goals and everyone knows it and discusses it openly, then everyone stresses out trying to hit them anyway. inconsistent quality of upper management in terms of people skills and egos. about 20 years behind on technology makes basic work harder than necessary. the worst health insurance benefits you will ever have.

      The culture is great. Competitive Compensation Willingness to work with working parents Trustworthy Team Open Communication Leaders genuinely care about their reports

      Some culture issues take too long to be fixed.
