The Modus culture encourages an entrepreneur mentality and collaboration. We work hard to succeed and this creates a sense of belonging and achievement to those who participate. The fun and excitement is contagious and invigorating! However, we all have personal lives and time with our families is strongly encouraged.

Cons

If you choose not to participate in the passion of the company, you will not succeed. There is no room for those who are not engaged and motivated. This is not a place for the content…
