      Lots of visibility and wonderful employees.

      Cons

      Company is trying to do layoffs through shady performance and growth conversations. Trying to convince themselves they are better than other tech companies by not directly laying people off but are making employees very uncomfortable.

      - Exciting and interesting projects - Many opportunities to lead projects and leadership opportunities - Great mentorship culture here - Ops work is primarily done by leads so as engineers you have a lot of heads down time to just focus on coding - Great work life balance - Great leads on the team who really care for me and my career - Flexible with work from home or in office culture - Lots of fun team and company activities outside of work
