      Pros

      WLB seems to be really good here (at least for my team). The company has a strong culture and truly cares about their people. Stock still has plenty of room to grow, and management are really good.

      Cons

      Perhaps the pay (equity) is not the most competitive? But they also offer annual refreshers and the stock has historically been doing really well, which should make up for it.

      You're a full member of your team and are given all the same responsibilities as full time engineers. People are super smart and also willing to help and explain if you're confused on anything. Fun intern events and awesome fellow interns.

      Cons

      Nothing really, especially as an intern.
