Don't know what they're doing

Pros

The benefits weren't bad. Able to work remote and didn't force you to go to the office, but there is still an office available in major cities to go to if needed Learned a lot

Cons

integration efforts have been all over the place, making everyone's job a million times harder. They can't make up their minds about which system we should all be using, leaving some teams to do more work because all of the same information needs to be in multiple places. Additionally, management seems indecisive about defining employees' responsibilities, leaving many of us confused about our roles. I had no clue what my role entailed until I was laid off. It's so obvious they are actively reducing positions in the United States while opting to hire from countries with lower labor costs since I saw my role go up the next day. This is bound to create numerous challenges with clients predominantly based in the US... Just to add to the topic of layoffs... I get that they need to happen and it's a rough time for the industry, but they never address it as a company. It's all done so secretively and it's been a handful layoffs every month for what has felt like the entire year. It forces everyone to continuously pick up the pieces with no direction and restructure while at the same time worrying about job security. Reviews are always delayed and never given a real reason. Even when salary increases roll around, the increases are so minimal.

Doesn't Value Employees and Underpays

Pros

None - I'd give zero stars if I could

Cons

- Breaks promises to employees, stunts your growth and underpays you. Pay is WAY below market rate. - They layoff tons of people quarterly, the worst one was a mass layoff a week before Christmas in 2022 and it'll happen again this year. - Essentially holds people as slaves making them do the work of roles higher than their title and pay. - Leadership is shady and loves to throw money at each other and nobody else. - Hires people in Mexico and Canada over promoting U.S. employees because they can pay them a smaller salary. - Does not do performance reviews, some people have waited 2 years to receive a review. - You have no control over your growth, even if you are a 10/10 employee so you might as well slack off and take advantage of the "unlimited" PTO if you decide to go to this hell hole. - Remember... Marketing companies are good at what they do, they market themselves and make it seem like they are great, but please stay away from this place. They wont value you even if you put years in and are a loyal employee. Look elsewhere the company is bound to go bankrupt. Again, zero stars all around if I could.

Get out while you can

Pros

Health insurance, unlimited PTO, coworkers, noteworthy clients

Cons

They have had four rounds of layoffs since December 2020 which they do over the course of several days to try to prevent an impact on stock prices. They've let literally 100s of people go in the U.S. and rumor is they are gearing up for a sale. They prefer to hire/retain employees outside of the states but will still charge clients US rates for their resources. Your account person may be in the states but your project manager, designer, etc. - ya they're definitely not. Leadership is so messy. They aren't united and there is blatant animosity between legacy agencies (of which there are 10+). They are inconsistent with annual reviews, bonuses, and raises. They don't happen annually or even close and we frequently received emails delaying them. Their raises don't even keep up with inflation. There is no clear path to career advancement and if you aren't your manager's favorite, good luck, because you need a huge advocate to even get noticed. They tell clients it is a unified P&L but it isn't and hasn't been despite them advertising as such for years now. They work creatives to the bone. They will say you are X% allocated with the idea being they won't take you over 100% but they routinely expect 120% of hours. Not for emergencies, not for any special need, just a regular work week. And you aren't paid for those extra hours either.
