Pros

Really amazing people to work with and see you grow

Cons

CS management never took initiative to help resolve client issues. Whenever risks were brought to their attention it felt as if we had to beg them to step in. And once they stepped in it was never helpful. The solution was always just do what the client wants no matter how it impacts the team.

Pros

One of the standout benefits was the opportunity to work with great clients, including some very well-known brands, which was both challenging and rewarding. The team I worked with was fantastic, fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. Additionally, the company offered remarkable flexibility, allowing employees to work fully remotely or come into the office as desired. This autonomy extended to how we managed our time and projects, which was empowering.

Cons

Achieving a work-life balance was difficult, as the workload often required working overtime and outside of standard office hours. While management was present to monitor performance, there was a lack of clear guidance and support, which could be improved. The expectation to work beyond normal hours seemed implicit in the company culture, and this was seen as necessary for career advancement.
