While I always strive to provide a balanced perspective, it's difficult to identify any significant pros from my time here. The work environment was consistently high-pressure, with little regard for employee well-being or long-term

Cons

While the company promotes values such as trust, engagement, open-mindedness, meaningful relationships, and winning together, my experience did not reflect these principles in practice. There appeared to be a disconnect between the stated values and the day-to-day culture and decision-making. An organization widely regarded for its unfavorable working conditions,Notorious for poor leadership company with a reputation for being exceptionally difficult to work for, due to systemic issues in management and employee treatment.

Company is very unorganized and unprofessional. Lacking in leadership and knowledge on communicating with their employees. Commission structure is focused more on making it harder on the customer rather than helping the customer.
