-Pay is good -Commission is fair -Sales team are friendly (excluding managers and above)

Cons

-Scheduling is done last minute and changed at the LAST minute (they make too much "updates") -Management will "listen" but won't do anything about your issues (especially when it involves their "favorite" they will do anything to not reprimand these team members" -They don't protect the culture in the stores and let their "best-selling" employees step all over the other employees -They call instead of email or text back because they don't keep their word -No training process -Overpromising -Miscommunications

The only thing positive about working for this company is meeting new people.

Cons

Unethical, favortism, low pay, shady, extremely high turnover rate. Stores are short staffed. Get your foot in the door, get experience and then go work for corporate AT&T.
