Trauma informed Culture

Pros

I left the agency to pursue other opportunities and returned a few years later. After working for other agencies I cant truly say that they put the care of the client first, there is focus of trauma informed care from the top down. If and employee is struggling to meet their job expectations, the focus is on improving the employee rather than just cutting ties. While there is always room for improvement the culture over all feels very healthy.

Cons

It's a nonprofit so the salaries are limited to what the contractor (DCF, CSSD etc) is willing to pay.
