      You're surrounded by smart people, work on hot topics and high-visibility projects. You have access to all the resources you need to do your work and excellent benefits. The office is modern, spacious, and with quiet, secluded rooms.

      Cons

      A downside of the very flexible working hours, an abundance of exciting projects, and being surrounded by hard-working people, is that it is complicated to maintain a work-life balance. Also, you often have meetings in the evening when working with people in the US.
