Pros

National On Demand offers those with health complications the opportunity to work efficiently. My remote position of a drop bury coordinator has given me the privilege to practice my work skills in the midst of balancing various health issues that otherwise would prevent me from doing so. The job benefits such as 401k programs, PTO availability, and a compromising management team have made it possible for me improve my work ethic all in the comfort of my home.

Cons

There are currently no CONS for this company. While every job has its challenges, there is nothing affective communication and teamwork can't accomplish.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear that your role has provided the flexibility and support needed to balance both your work and personal priorities. Our team works hard to create an environment where employees can perform at a high level while feeling supported, and it’s great to know that’s been reflected in your experience. We also appreciate your recognition of our benefits and management approach. Those are important parts of how we aim to support our workforce. Thank you again for your feedback and for being part of the team.

Pros

You get to do everyone else's job

Cons

From Tech to manager Ive seen the ins and outs of the Final mile with NOD. every one in this company only care about the dollar they don't care how hard you work how understaffed you are or the type of people they hire. all they care about is how you make help them exceed. exceed they have. but at the cost of alot of great employees that Ive watched run from this company. best part about it is most of the employees that left have made themselves better for it.

Pros

The best part of my career are the people I get to work with every day. We have solid ideas, and a passion to improve the day to day. We strive for better, because we know better is possible.

Cons

Although we have solid ideas on growth, and how to make things run smoother in the long run, I fear there is more focus on the right now, and on production, versus the bigger picture. Things could be so much greater, with support and better communication. Ears that hear would benefit the vision of what could be accomplished.
