      NAVSEA is a great place to work and offers Hybrid work with the potential for ready days off as well. The Navy Yard is also a great on-site location

      Cons

      leadership at Dam Neck (NSWDG) sucks and they all need better training - the worst culture I have ever been subjected to... if you're not part of the "good ol boys" you're a nobody. Don't expect to find fulfillment there.
