      Really interesting product, great people, fantastic benefits, opportunity to make an impact at a fast growing company.

      Cons

      Nebius is a young company and still establishing SOPs so it can take a little extra time to figure things out.

      - strong team - great brand, known on the market - rather clear vision for a start up environment - they are listening to what employees are saying and actively working on that

      - don't see any as for now but I'm rather fresh hire
