Pros

Great office location Collaborative team and coworkers with product resolution for customers Ongoing learning new technologies in the field DEI and options for more unique perspectives

Cons

NetApp has a tendency to have proprietary knowledge so it's difficult to confirm if this can translate well to other companies/industries While there is DEI and more the office can have a tendecy to have people state things that are flat out harmful to others this isn't covered and ignored Company has lots of layoffs and it's difficult to guage when this may happen and if you'll be impacted or not

Very good work culture Competitive salary Employee wellbeing policies Nodal transport Free health checkup annually Good RSU amount Beer Bash 🍻 Hybrid work mode (26 days/quarter). Good facilities such as gym, cricket nets, badminton, basketball, lawn tennis etc.

Cons

Growth can be slow if you are a QA

Pros

Not a place to work as most of the time you will be having thoughts in your mind about layoffs as it happens early once and teammates are afraid of sharing knowledge as they would lose dependency

Cons

Everything is a con other than salary
