      Bad pay but doing the same job as FTEs

      Good work experience prior to graduation.

      Cons

      -Terrible pay (13.50/hour) for doing the same job as full time engineers. -Stuck with the same position with no room to grow. -Managers only care about your work updates.

      Pros

      The company culture is the highlight of working for NetApp. Though some of the recent layoffs have been tough, they do treat there employees well.

      Cons

      Unfortunately the company hasn't been selling much of the Clustered Ontap products. The stock price has been on a downward trend.
