No one knows what they are doing Majority of the people only last a year at this job All they care about is the hours you put in not the clients (must be billable at all time) Managers have zero training, not a lot of people in the right positions NOT client oriented in the least HR is unprofessional Some of the upper managers have a chip on their shoulders. The company has many silos of departments with their contradictory expectations and desires. Many of the non-Customer facing activities can't see how their lethargy, prevarication and obstacles are producing a negative image with the ultimate external customer.
