      Pros

      The people, company culture & overall environment are great. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Quiet promotions. It can take a long time (e.g. a year) of taking on extra responsibilities before being officially promoted to the corresponding job position.

      Pros

      People are friendly, no big egos. Work challenging, pay good. The dumbest thing I did in 2017 was to leave NetSuite for a startup; didn't realize how good it was.

      Cons

      They use older technologies, so you don't learn aws, elastic search, etc (but they have hackathons).
