Pros
Despite cultural differences in a global environment, all colleagues have a very professional and respectful approach so our diversity is embraced in a very positive way.
Cons
The only comment I could think for this field is, compared to previous companies I worked before, at the moment of this review there is still a lack of a well-structured Career Plan within the company - which is desirable when you really want to stay in the company in the long term. And that's my biggest goal, to have a very long history of achievements with my colleagues in NewPage.
