      Good projects with good technologies, good flexibility

      Cons

      There isn't much communication between projects and managers, so growth opportunities are stalled, and with that, appropriate salary adjustments based on performance.

      Great company with great clients

      Pros

      They really care about the employees, have great benefits that are tailored to you, and a great salary that's above average salaries in my country. They do follow-ups on how you feel about the company and/or your client. They offer PTO benefits that are hard to find when working remotely.

      Cons

      If jumping from client to client is something you like maybe you find sticking with the same client for the long run is a con for you.
