      Good way of them managing employees, timely salary, timely increments, visa applying/extension is done nicely.

      Cons

      Salary range is good but not that great!

      Pros

      They sponsor H1B, train and place people in a relatively short time.

      Cons

      1. Make you pay for the H1B costs, renewal costs and lawyer fees. 2. Very low pay even though they make a lot of money on the contracts 3. Health Insurance is a joke. 4. No 401K match 5. They cheat people of their money. I wasn't paid 2 months salary after i let them know of my intentions to leave for a better opportunity.
