- I am a new employee and have really enjoyed the on-boarding process which is very thorough and gives you the opportunity to meet with many different departments early on - Everyone has been extremely welcoming and positive - I enjoy the structure of the business and how we work towards our goals (framing them and holding one another accountable to them) - There is a lot of transparency within the company and the daily huddles give you a snapshot view of the health of the business and keep you in touch with good news from other departments - The culture is incredibly strong and inspires a work hard / play hard mentality
